Refund & Guarantee Policy

Thank you for shopping with CURA LABS. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. To support this, we proudly offer our 60-Day Guarantee:

To ensure fairness for all customers, we require proof that the product was used consistently for the full 60 days before a refund request can be approved.


Proof of Use (Required)

Customers must provide their own daily log or progress journal showing they took the product every day for 60 consecutive days.

Acceptable forms of proof include:

  • A handwritten journal or notes with daily entries

  • Dated photos or videos showing product use

  • Any other verifiable record that clearly demonstrates consistent daily intake

Refund requests submitted without this proof will not be accepted.


Refund Coverage

  • Refunds cover the product purchase price only.

  • Shipping, handling, and any additional fees are non-refundable.


Claim Window

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 65 days of delivery.

  • To begin a claim, email curalabshelp@gmail.com with your order number, proof of daily use, and the reason for your request.

  • Our team will review your submission and respond as soon as possible.


Refund Method

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at curalabshelp@gmail.com.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products, supplements, or opened consumables)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Non-Eligible Refund Reasons

Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:

  • Disliking the taste of the product

  • Allergic reactions to ingredients (all ingredients are clearly listed on our website prior to purchase)

  • Ordering too much product

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Change of mind after ordering 

  • Financial hardship or inability to continue using the product
